The new OMEGALUX™AHC-66136 and AHC-65253 high-efficiency process air heaters with temperature-sensing controls offer up to 3kW of power and 700°C (1300°F) of heat in controlled high temperature, air or inert gas applications. By integrating the power controller and a solid state temperature sensor with the heater into one unit, the OMEGALUX™ AHC-66136 and AHC-65253 eliminate many OEM, retrofitting and custom design inconveniences.

Available in both 1.5 kW and 3 kW models, these compact units, ideal for use where space is a consideration, have a closed loop temperature control system to prevent premature element failure due to insufficient airflow. A built-in potentiometer and damper allows the adjustment of exit air temperature and flow rate. Applications include high-speed packaging, industrial drying and soldering in a variety of industries. The AHC-66136 and AHC-65253 can be used on equipment and in on-site production facilities.
