Description

Features
The 4530 Mini SCR Panel Series is an economical, convenient solution to mid-range SCR power control requirements, eliminating the need to select, collect and assemble separate components. The preconfigured panels are ready to install, requiring only power supply, load and sensor wiring. Their compact packaging makes them easy to mount, even in limited spaces.

NEMA-4 Enclosures are intended for indoor or outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust and rain, splashing water and hose-directed water.

NEMA-12 Enclosures are intended for indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against dust, falling dirt, and dripping non-corrosive liquids.

4532- for Control panel with NEMA-12 enclosure
4534- for Control panel with NEMA-4 enclosure

(2) Primary Temperature Controller/Input select from:
401 for Terminal connections for remote control signal - 4-20 mA/3-20 Vdc/ contact closure or 10 K potentiometer (Includes VW series power)
402 for Door mounted 10 K potentiometer/0 to 100% power output scale (Includes VW series power controller)
405 for Digital indication PID temperature controller

(3) Over-Temperature Controller Options select from:
-1 for Non-indicating - 0 to 1000°F/type J thermocouple
-2 for Non-indicating - 500 to 1500°F/type K thermocouple
