Placing an order by telephone or fax:
For orders not placed on-line, OMEGA has a French & English speaking sales department dedicated to taking customer orders courteously and efficiently. They also can handle Requests for Quotation (RFQ). If your order involves a return or an exchange of material, please contact our Customer Services department.

OMEGA offers unpresedented technical support for both pre and post-sales product usage questions. They are available to help you with any in-depth application needs regarding OMEGA products you are considering purchasing.
